Traffic Fines Toolkit

There has been so much news about this Traffic Fines Toolkit I thought I would devote an entire page to it, it has been mentioned in the blog itself a couple of times but here is what it is:

The Traffic Fines Toolkit was written by Joe Lazarus. It combines in one place what is available elsewhere in legislature, regulations, prosecution guidleines and law society advice. The difference is that Joe has written so that any person can understand what it means. Often the other documents are very technical in nature and sometimes riddled with legalese. Joe’s Toolkit is easy to understand but even then he has gone a step further and given checklists to assess each fine against so you don’t have to go through the fine yourself and try to realise whats wrong by matching it up with information in the ebook. You just need to take out the checklists and go through each item. Once you’re done doing that you just use the Letter template he provides, delete whatever is not applicable, put in your fine details, i.e, the infringement notice number and your personal details and send it off to the authorities.

There is a lot of badmouthing of Joe’s Toolkit on some forums but its all from people who haven’t actually purchased the Toolkit and are probably upset that they have to pay for it. I can understand why Joe is charging and I really dont think its that expensive if its going to help you get a fine or two cancelled. Most people have some fines lying around or if they dont will sooner or later get one.

The Toolkit consists of an eBook, The Traffic Fine Swindle, where Joe goes into the issues surrounding traffic fines prosecution

A photo assessment checklist that you use to check for irregularities in the image

A checklist for what to do when you receive a traffic fine notice in the mail

a checklist for when you are stopped on the road and given a fine

and some templates to use as letters as I mentioned above

All in all the price may be a bit high for an eToolkit but I think the lifetime updates make it worth it as the regulations are changing every now and then.
