Unfortunatley, the JMPD has decided that it is a-okay to issue fraudulent fines to motorists. If you have received an AARTO infringement or notification, issued for speeding on the N1 South near Diepkloof interchange (Construction Zone) and the Armco barrier appears on the left of the picture, between the camera and your car, it isĀ fraudulent because you were in fact on the N12E.

They will look like these:

Traffic cops trapped…finally!

Thursday, May 14th, 2009

Cheers to the motorist who gave the Metro Police some of their own medicine back by trapping THEM!

Our motoring hero was stopped by those spiedkops and accused of talking on his cellphone while driving. Not content with giving him a ticket they decided to have the court case there and then at the guys car window in Nugget street, Hillbrow. Officer 1 reckoned: “Yes, you are guilty of driving while talking on your cellphone”, Officer 2 says: “You are fined R60, now run off to the ATM so me and my friend can buy some Chicken Licken and two cokes”.

Off went our hero who saved the day by recording the serial numbers on the notes and handing it over to the corrupt Chicken Licken and Coke seekers. But before they even had a chance to even buy it, much less taste it, this oke phoned the anti-corruption hot line and these two Metro Crooks were picked up and arrested.

Don’t you just love how it all comes together!
