    Can anyone direct me to a website which will clarify/confirm the following:-

    The Metro police explained to me that there has been a change in law and
    that they now arrest you for being reckless and not for a traffic violation
    - being reckless is a criminal offence where the traffic violation is not. You can now be charged as being reckless for going
    through a robot, talking on your cell, driving in the emergency lane,
    outstanding fines, etc.

    Hi, they could always stop and arrest for reckless driving and it seems they are now doing this to intimidate motorists into paying their fines. In my opinion it will not last long as it is more profitable and easier for them to hide behind bushes with their cameras
